The area features open lagoons and is teeming with wildlife including big herds of elephant and buffalo, giraffe, antelope, wild dog and much more. It is particularly noted for the number of big cats.
The camp accommodation will be five luxury en-suite tents which are spacious with an earthy but sophisticated decoration and extensive views of the river or the lagoon around. The bathrooms have indoor as well as outdoor showers, two sinks and a flushing toilet. Each tent has its own deck, as well as a raised platform where guests can spend a night under the African stars. The camp is operated on solar power.
Dining is a grand affair with a hosted table set under the stars, with views of the Luangwa River.
