The lodge is set under large shady trees along the banks of the Sand River with unobstructed views out across the river and adjacent bush veld. Inyati is an exclusive safari retreat located in the heart of South Africa’s prime big game country offering a magical wildlife experience.
Inyati has eleven well appointed luxury chalets accommodating a maximum of 25 guests. All chalets are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets and are en-suite, with separate bath/shower and twin hand basins. The 4 executive chalets have king size beds, outside and inside showers, a lounge area and a front and back private patio area. The well positioned communal sitting and dining areas both overlook the Sand River. Other facilities include the Warthog hollow bar, library, filtered swimming pool, air-conditioned gym and walk-in wine cellar. There is also a traditional Shangaan boma for evening meals next to the fire.
Inyati offers morning and afternoon/evening game drives in open 4 x 4 safari vehicles with guides and Shangaan trackers. Guided nature walks and fishing are also offered and there is a telescope for star gazing.
