Nuarro is an unspoiled and breathtakingly beautiful place located in the blue waters of the Indian Ocean in Northern Mozambique.

A unique beach and bush lodge, Nuarro is situated within an 800 hectare concession on the beautiful Baixo do Pinda Peninsula in northern Mozambique. With 3km of ocean front, Nuarro stands alongside sand dunes, surrounded by indigenous bush and dotted with secluded beaches and magnificent sea views.

Built from local natural materials by local people, Nuarro consists of 12 luxury beachfront chalets (10 of which have a family option with an upstairs area for twin beds). The chalets are strategically placed along the dunes amongst thick vegetation for privacy and minimum environmental impact. Interiors are very spacious and each chalet is decorated with individual touches and features a cozy bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, king size beds, quality linen, mosquito nets and a lounge area. There is a large verandah with hammocks and sun loungers, and every chalet has direct beach access and magnificent sea views. The reception at Nuarro is positioned at the top of a dune overlooking Memba Bay. This building leads to the beach bar and Marine Activity Centre. At the other end of the beach, the west end, is a panoramic restaurant and cocktail bar with beautiful views onto Nanatha Island Rock and the bay beyond. The restaurant also has a sunken lounge area. Other guest facilities include a cozy library, TV and DVD room and internet access.
