This traditional Camp is situated on the western boundary of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park. This is an old-style quirky camp with lots of character and a wonderful atmosphere. Nine Tents are comfortably appointed and have en-suite indoor bathrooms, as well as separate, outdoors, adjacent bucket showers. Overlooking the Boteti River, the tents have breath-taking park vistas and guests have great opportunities to watch animals come to the water – particularly elephants.
Communal areas include a mess tent with a bar, and outdoors campfire seating, as well as a wonderful natural rock plunge pool with river views and shady viewing tents. Delicious meals are cooked on the open fire with communal open air dining for a real authentic safari feel. This destination offers good year round game viewing, including superb dry season zebra and wildebeest migration from May to November.
