The camp is situated close to the source of the Savute Channel on Osprey Lagoon and between two elephant corridors, and is built under a shady grove of mangosteen trees with sweeping views over the enormous hippo-filled lagoon.
Raised off the ground on wooden decks that provide a great vantage point for dramatic views of the riverfront, the 10 tents (including two family units) are spacious with canvas roofs and walls and wooden entrance doors. Tents feature twin or double beds draped with mosquito nets, fans and en-suite facilities with indoor shower and double vanity. Main camp areas include an airy and expansive dining, bar and lounge raised on decks with wide open views.
There is an evening camp fire, a small library, curio shop, massage treatments on request (additional charge) and adjoining plunge pool.
Nov 2019 closes for major renovations and due to re-open August 2020
